- [ ] Emoji reactions

### Frontend (2 days)
- [ ] Connect work notes to backend (already has UI + emoji!)
- [ ] Connect document upload with progress bar
- [ ] PDF/image preview modal
- [ ] File download functionality

**Advantage:** Work notes UI already complete!
